Docusign legacy authentication and technical support ends in September 2024

Please review the following information if you are using Docusign's integration with FileBound.

In 2021, Docusign began the end-of-life process for all API authentication flows besides the recommended OAuth 2.0 flows and App Password (for SOAP apps). Docusign has set Sept. 30, 2024, as the final date for end-of-life of legacy authentication. As of that date, Docusign will end all technical support for legacy authentication and block integrations that use legacy authentication, including FileBound.

If you still use legacy authentication, you must migrate to OAuth 2.0 to authenticate to ensure continuous service and access to Docusign's features within FileBound.

The Docusign OAuth 2.0 integration for FileBound will be available on Sunday, July 7, 2024, and complete documentation is currently available on the Help Center.

• Cloud sites with existing Docusign integrations may reconfigure the integration after it is available.
• For on-premise installations, FileBound will need to be updated to the latest 8.2.1.2 version after the July 7 release.
