Known Licensing Issue in 8.0.1

Known Licensing Issue in 8.0.1 versions of FileBound

If you have purchased Records Management and are reapplying your FileBound license, Records Management will show as not enabled. We will need to contact FileBound Support to generate a code and applying scripting manually to the database to validate that portion.

FileBound is currently working on a solution with no determination as to when the fix will be released. Once it is announced, this article will be updated with the new information.

It is recommended to either wait for the fix to be released, or advise us a couple days before validating the license.
